RentProfile for Agents makes adding Right to Rent records simple and secure.
The system allows you select the renter, document type, expiry date, then take a photo of the Right to Rent document which is uploaded to secure servers for safekeeping. You may access this record at anytime in the Agent Dashboard.
When a Right to Rent document is approaching expiry RentProfile will alert you to this, ensuring that you continue to meet your legal obligations. Alerts per Right to Rent record can be managed within the Agent Dashboard.
